I'm using multi-user version of the ARIS Architect and Designer 10 with ARIS Edaction Package. Recently, I have downloaded new version of (10.0) which is installed as client-server option. The problem is that the process simulation option is not available at all. It is not available in the menu "Analyse", and even in the administrative settings (ARIS> Options> Work environment).
Can someone help in this matter?

As an information for readers of this post who also experience this problem:

The problem occurred with a new license key (generated around march 2020) uploaded to a previous installation of ARIS (version 9.8). The upload had finished correctly, however simulation was not available.
After performing a completely new installation of the latest version of ARIS 10.0.9, the problem is solved.
