My Aris Cloud Student License is expiring 10th of March. I want to extend it for 3 Months because I need it for my master's thesis. In the FAQ's it only says that its possible to extend it for 3 Months and how to extend the on-premise Aris Architect.

How do I extend my Cloud Student License before it expires?

Thanks in advance!

You will receive an expiration notification email with a link approx. 7 days before your license expires and a second one 1 day before. You can then follow the link and extend for another three months. If you want to do it before, you can do it in your 2Checkout account. The link was in your first welcome email. But, if you do it earlier you will lose the days until your current expiration date.

Thank you for the quick answer!

I just logged in on my 2Checkout account and can find the Product in the My Products tab. I don't know how to extend it though. It would be awesome if i could get advise for the navigation on that page. Thanks in advance.

I just checked my control panel and it seems you could extend successfully? Please confirm.

I figured it out now. The weird UX made it a mystery puzzle.

You first have to put in you credit card information and activate the auto-renewal.
Only then it is possible to select 'extend now'.

Thanks for your advice with the 2Checkout account.

Hi Rasin,

I'm glad you could extend, but actually you shouldn't have needed to enter you credit card details. I don't know exactly what happened, but this extension can't be renewed. You should de-activate auto-renewal again otherwise you might be charged for the full version in three months.

I deactivated auto-renewal and removed my credit card details after my extension was confirmed.

It looked exactly like this before i added the card details and activated auto-renewal.
Only after i activated auto-renewal smth like "extend now" appeared where the red circle is.
