Generally, Architecture groups spend a lot of effort while evaluating new technologies, but fail to invest sufficient time and effort in setting architectural standards once the new technology is added to the technology stack. This process is meant to be a generic model to help build solutions that are sustainable and can be smoothly transitioned from architecture to application development.
