Import file.adb from version 7.0 fails

Hello Support,

I'm new to Aris Cloud, I've registered yesterday and tried to load an export file from Aris version 7.0.2

In the attached screenshot you can see the 2 tries with error.

The first import was loaded with password and the second one without.

What am I doing wrong?

ARIS 7.02 databases cannot be migrated into ARIS Cloud. You need at least a database with status ARIS 7.2

If you use ARIS Cloud Advanced you can contact the Software AG Global Support https://empower.softwareag.com/ to migrate.
