Northrop Grumman requires an individual for senior level position as a Business Process Modeler to utilize the IDS Scheer ARIS modeling toolset.  Individual should have 5-10 years experience with object oriented development and/or business process modeling and architecture.  The selected individual must be fully capable of supporting all aspects of the ARIS tool suite, including installation, tool configurations, managing user accounts, exercising tight control of model configurations/versions and tool licensing. The ARIS BPM modeler position requires extensive interactions with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to drive and develop the BPMs, and to provide guidance to SME modelers for adherence to established modeling standards and difficult modeling situations.  The individual will also be capable of providing instruction on ARIS to project implementation staff.
 
Position Summary: 
5-10 years Experience in Information Technology and Systems Configuration and/or Development.
5-10 years Experience in system testing methodology and procedures
5-10 years Experience in planning, analysis, design and implementation of Information Technology solutions
5-10 years of programming experience preferable (preferably JAVA, Java script, HTML, JSP, J2EE, SQL)
5-10 years of knowledge/experience in the Systems Development Lifecycle

Basic Qualifications:

• Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 9 Years with Bachelors in Science in Computer Science or Information Systems; 7  Years with Masters in Computer Science or Information Systems; 4 Years with a PhD. in Computer Science or Information Systems
• US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• 5-10 years Experience in Information Technology and Systems Configuration and/or Development.
• 5-10 years Experience in system testing methodology and procedures
• 5-10 years Experience in planning, analysis, design and implementation of Information Technology solutions
• 5-10 years of programming experience preferable (preferably JAVA, Java script, HTML, JSP, J2EE, SQL)
• 5-10 years of knowledge/experience in the Systems Development Lifecycle
• Demonstrated understanding of object oriented development (Java, C, Web). 
• Candidates will be able to capture business processes with the ARIS Business Designer in a live workshop environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and workplace savvy
• Should able to see the big picture before getting into the minor details.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized
• Should be familiar with the Event Process chain diagrams, Value Added Chain diagrams, UML diagrams and Information model diagrams
• Good interpersonal and customer relations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance
