Hi,

I tried to download ARIS Educational Package but it says that I have to make sure that my university in the database, but when I use that link the list of universities doesn't load (says "can't reach this page").

Please help,I have no problem adding the university, just want to make sure that it is not on the list already(my univesity changed the name not so long time ago).

Do you have the latest version of Adobe flash player installed? Also, could you please give me the name of your University, both old and new.

Hi,

I do have the Flash Player. The problem is that it says that the page is not lading because of server connection error.

The name of university is Western University , and the old name is The University of Western Ontario.

I have submitted the registration form then.

I don't know why it is not loading that list. I have Firefox and Edge both show the same result.
