Installing ARIS Connect Using SQL Server 2008 R2 Express

Will this work the same for the Business Publisher? 

Also, if anyone does have the SQL Scripts for ARIS 9.5, could you please share them?

Thanks for your extremely useful paper: I have been battling with that for days....  Just 2 comments:

1) on step 15 "Enter the database details...", although it would be logical to use "CIP_MASTER", only "CIP_DEFAULT" gets the runnables operational !  Thanks a lot for finding out!!! 

2) I had to run the "fix_collation_for_tenant.bat" to get all the runnables STARTED. Otherwise some stay "STARTING" forever.

Hi Thierry, I could not find the script that you mentioned in 2). Could you help me? I tried to contact Tarek but He is not more at SAG. Did you know if this error is common for all SQL versions? Or only for Express?

Dear Hugo,

Please note that the Express versions of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle are NOT supported by ARIS 9.x.

Except for demo purposes I would refrain from using it.

No, there are no issues known. In fact, MS SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012 & 2014 are supported DBMS for ARIS 9.8.x. Please always refer to the ARIS Platform Matrix located on the ARIS DVD in folder .\Documents\English.
