While installing ARIS Design server 9.7 on a Linux Redhat server Remotely, We are having problem on step 8 of the installation.When the installation reach at step 8 of 12, it gives an error saying "Error Occurred during the installation Process".
I am also attaching Installation log for the reference.
Your log file reports that the setup stopped when trying to extract y-server-run-prod-97.0.0.10-runnable.zip, That file is with more than 800 MB the biggest file in the installation. So a timeout might have happened during the extracting/transferring process from the local to the remote computer.
I would check the bandwidth between the server where you are running the setup and that server where you are installing to. And of course the free disk space / partition size on the Linux server.
