Hi All,

We have ARIS 9.6 connect with Repo Database Oracle version 12.2.0.1 but now Database Oracle has been upgraded to version 19.3 (12.2.0.3). The status of Service ABS_M and COPERNICUS_M are stuck in starting for long time. 

Log Error indicates that unsupported rdbms Oracle. 

ERROR [localhost-startStop-1:SqlExceptionHelper@144] - unsupported rdbms Oracle

maybe anyone have workaround or solution to solve our problem, so we can connect to new database version.
