ARIS 9.6 cannot connect to Oracle Database 19c

Hi All,

We have ARIS 9.6 connect with Repo Database Oracle version 12.2.0.1 but now Database Oracle has been upgraded to version 19.3 (12.2.0.3). The status of Service ABS_M and COPERNICUS_M are stuck in starting for long time.

Log Error indicates that unsupported rdbms Oracle.

ERROR [localhost-startStop-1:SqlExceptionHelper@144] - unsupported rdbms Oracle

maybe anyone have workaround or solution to solve our problem, so we can connect to new database version.

Hello,

please open a support ticket on Empower and they will help you straight away. Besides that I would strongly recommend planning your upgrade to ARIS 10.

Currently the Oracle 19c is supported by ARIS 10 only.
