Hello

I am wondering if someone has had this issue with uploading source data in process mining saas (advanced).?

My activity time stamp is showing a well formatted date in "dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss" and when importing, I can configure the column to use this format. The format is accepted and there are no errors when uploading data.

Once data is uploaded, the timestamp is rounded to the minute in my column activity time stamp. I have also set the granularity to second in the analysis menu but it show the second as being 00.

As some activities are done in the same minute, they get mixed up when displaying the process flow.

Any hints to solve this?
