Hallo,

I have a problem when I access ARIS Portal, but ARIS is not connected.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Please help me. and thank you for your attention.

Hi Tuti,

Please go to the ARIS Server and open the ARIS Cloud Controller, then run the command 'list'. Does the all runnables are online?
In this case, tries to restart the work_copernicus_X and try to open again the portal. Additional test is to try to open the Portal directly from ARIS Server...
