Hello Ms. White,
An analysis of some log files is required to determine what's causing the error.
If the company you work for has a valid ARIS-support contract with Software AG, then get in touch with their ARIS support.
If not, then try to attach the log files from Business Publisher here in the community to see if someone can help you out.
The files are located in the server at
...\ARIS7.1\BPServer\tomcat\logs
...\ARIS7.1\BPServer\tomcat\webapps\businesspublisher\log

Hi,
A quick fix would be to go to the "Services' file on the server and 'Stop' the service for the ARIS Business Publisher Server and then 'Start' the service back up again. (I've been on many projects where this was done as a 'matter of routine' on a monthly basis.)
