Hi there, I'm trying to use MashZone for iPad. I've mailed myself the MashApp "Link to dashboard on Apple iPad" from my laptop, in order to ensure that I get the server name and address correct etc, however I continue to receive the error:

Server "http://my_servername:4080/" is unavailable or must be updated.

I've tried playing with the Server name/URL that I use, including the "/mashzone/app" after the TCP port, but nothing is working.

I've run out of troubleshooting options - any help apreciated!! :-)
