I'm new here and i'm trying to do conformance checking on ARIS Cloud but it says i have not configured any compliance check. So how should i enable it?
Hi Zhifei, generally speaking you need to designate a process in the ARIS repository to be the reference model and then in edit mode you can transfer this model to your connected ARIS Process Mining (APM) system. In APM you need to configure the mapping between the activities in the designated process model and the activities in the dataset from process mining. Then recalculate everything and your conformance checking should work.
