 Hi Andrew,

on the screen, where you fetched that JNLP file, there are other tabs giving more information. Would be nice if you could provide them here.

In addition, please read the system requirements, and the installation instruction.

BTW: which JAVA version do you use? We need JRE 1.6.0_10 or newer.

Bye,

Frank

Hi,

this issue is under investigation.

If you've got ARIS Express 1.0 installed, please clear your webstart cache (system panel -> Java panel -> first page, settings -> delete) and please install again.

Bye,

Frank

Thanks Frank,

I have done the previous step and this makes no difference.

Hi,

OK, as I said this is under investigations. We hope we find the issue, why the Java environment is a bit "indisponed" here and get back to you.

Bye,

Frank

Hi Frank

Is there a page wher we can go and reinstall Express 1, I and colleagues have models that we can longer access.

Will Express 1 still work if we can reinstall?

thanks in Advance

Jim

Hi,

Express 1.0 is not available anymore. We are working on a workaround for you.

In the meantime, please give us additional information: which OS are you using (e.g. Windows 7, 64 bit etc)?

Bye,

Frank

Hi Alfredo,

Is it possible, that you updated the JRE? Or did you create a reference from the installed symbol on the desktop and dragged it to the "fast start" symbol bar?

In the last case, the update changes the link and the copied link does not work anymore.

So the easiest way is to remove the application from the webstart cache (System panel -> Java -> settings -> delete) and download again.

Bye,

Frank

Hi Frank,

Could you please post the fix here please as opposed to sending a private message. I'm also seeing this issue on a fresh installation on OSX.

Hi Walter,

since you use Windows, you do not need to use the webstart version...
