Assign Program Flow Chart, Deployment diagram, use case diagram to application system

Hi,

I am using SOA Architect and have run into  the following issue.

I have a application called XYZ which has different application components as follows.

All these applications viz XYZ web application, XYZ web service and  XYZ handheld application have different use cases, different interfaces, are built on different technologies and are deployed on different devices.

My goal is to show

 Which application XYZ Web application interfaces with(assign program Flow Chart to show  ).

 How XYZ web application is deployed (assign Deployment diagram)

The details of XYZ web application like programming language, RDBMC, application server etc (assign Access Diagram)

The use cases of XYZ  web application(assign Use case diagram)

Since XYZ Web Application is Application System , I am not not able to assign Program Flow Chart. Deployment Diagram, Access Diagram and Use case diagram to it.

I am using entire method filter. I have looked up the ARIS methods manual and it looks like these assignments are not possible. What is the best way to accomplish the above goals.
