I would like to ask if it's possible to add a new language e.g. Greek in ARIS Express available model languages.

No, this is not possible. However, you can define the language in which a model is created in ARIS Express. If you import this model later on in our professional products, all text you maintained in ARIS Express will be imported in the correct language attribute.
So in ARIS Express it is not possible to maintain a model in several languages, but at least you can make sure that the transition to the professional tools works seamlessly.
