Hello everyone,
I've got some problems with MashZone. At random time - it's terminating.
In tomcat's logs (MashZone.log) there are a lot of text like:
[Thread-5] FATAL com.idsscheer.ppmmashup.license.handler.ZUDPHandler - checkReceivedLicenses()- Found a license violation. Now going to terminate this mashzone instance.
This situation repeats at 4 different servers. There are personal and professional licenses on different machines, but situation is similar.
Did anyone deal with it?
Best regards,
Vitaliy.
I suppose you have installed the same license key in several MZ instances simultaneously. Though I might be mistaken. Yes, you may not use one license key multiple times. MashZone detects this and shuts itself down as you already observed.
In case you licensed, for instance 50 users, you may receive one or several (up to 50) keys. You can combine them in any order, if applied to one installation the keys stack (adding more and more users). If you need further licenses for staging you may purchase at reduced rates; this applies to development and test environments.
