Hi,
I'm not able to activate Aris Express on my Office PC. When I enter User and Password, and Next - I get a new window with "checking user name and password..." and freeze forever..
I've activated on my home laptop without any issues, so the problem not in my account. Our corporate security asking - what url, ports or protocols should be enabled.
Any advice?

just a call to "https://www.ariscommunity.com", which means, https as protocoll and 443 as port...

I Have got the same problem. I supposed my organisation blocks net port, so my question is whitch port is used to activate product (ARIS EXPRESS 2.4d)? I need this informations to give them to my administrator.

Depends... ask your IT. They are blocking the call.
