I have created models like this in ARIS using the IE Data Model. It requires some modification of the the ARIS method and filter to achieve the results you want. You can change the style of the relationship lines fairly easily. The biggest change is to create a new symbol for attributes. The new symbol needs to be fairly small as opposed to the large oval provided by ARIS. You can use a template to display the attribute name outside and to the right of the symbol. You can then use embeded modeling to place the attributes inside the entity (table) box. If you want it to be really similar in appearance you would also need to create a new symbol for the entities (tables) and change the placement of the name using the tempate as well. This is not an ideal solution but it does work.
