Hello All,

We are experencing strange issue in our ARIS Publisher Server, unable to start the businesspublisher_m, please see the belwo resutl from ARIS Cloud Controller:

ACC+ localhost>list
On node localhost 1 runnables are installed.
businesspublisher_m : STARTING (com.aris.modeling.components.businesspublisher.y
-bp-server-run-prod-98.0.4)

ACC+ localhost>startall
Successfully started all not-yet running runnables on localhost.
ACC+ localhost

Also please note the agent log is full of thsi message. "com.aris.businesspublisher.plugin.BPPlugin - Pinging port 19990 failed! [INFO]"

Any idea what is causign the service to NOT Start?
