Model Attribute TypeNum got changed

Dear All,

             We maintain header in all models which will display some of the model attributes like model name,type,last change date etc.Some how the model attribute typenum has got changed in server but still the value exists in that attribute.

For Example:

Attribute            Value   TypeNum

 Model Name     Sales        1

this has been changed to

Attribute            Value   TypeNum

 Model Name     Sales        2

In the model header the value of the Model Name attribute is blank. Any idea how to solve this issue and bring back the attribute typenum value to its original state.
