Dear Stephan,
This information is part of a regular tenant backup, or project room backup as we call it on public SaaS.
If it's only that portion you show in your screenshot, then it's the so called ARIS system database which you could export via ARIS Server Administrator.
In a tenant backup the ARIS system database can be found inside abs folder, abs.zip in subfolder systemadb:
