Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue whereby we've derived new symbols within Administrator and have named as required. Our filter and templates have been updated to include these objects. When viewing these objects within ARIS Connect we're seeing an incorrect name for the objects both in the symbols area and within the information box when an object is selected in the model. Any ideas on how we can rectify this?

HI Oliver, 

Usually you can rectify by delete the derived symbol ... but this is a little bit stranger due when you derived a symbol you can set the name according  the language used in method filter... please check again your filter configuration you have to select the desired derived symbol with correct name in Filter, see this short example...:
