ARIS Connect: unable to switch from one database to another in ARIS Portal

Hello everyone

I have a question regarding ARIS Portal: our end customers have their portal set to Spanish and they're unable to switch from one database to another.

In this particular case, the default database displayed on the portal is the one named Desarrollo, as seen below:

for example, if I attempt switching to another database (in this case, United Motor Group)

When I click anywhere else on the screen, it automatically switches back to the default database without accessing the desired database.

As an additional information, this does not happen when the portal language is set to English but I also tried German and French and the problem still persists.

Any clue of what could be happening?

I just managed to solve it, at last! Filters were reported "(undefined)". Then I set the Entire Method filter for the persistent database and then I was able to switch from one database to another in ARIS Connect.

In which language did you see the filters named "(undefined)"?

The UMG database has as default filter "Entire method" preset. And that filter is translated in a few languages. Your language seem then to be missing there.

Tried spanish, german, french and italian and all had "(undefined)". English was the one that had their filters defined. UMG database had indeed the "entire method" preset but there was a particular database that didn't.
