Process of cash withdrawal

Hhm, if I use a banking machine, in the first step after inserting my credit card, it always asks me what I want to do (withdraw money, show my account balance). Only after this step I have to enter my PIN.

slight concern re. the use of the first 4 OR...  shouldn't they be XOR ?

Well this is a wonderful process.

what about these ideas? something added on top of the given process

1. before showing current balance, showing my pre-authorized withdrawal amount by other companies such as hydro bill, cable tv and fitness club can mitigate my cheque bounce risk. For example, if sum of pre-authorized amount is $500, current balance is $800, normally people can build plan for their consumption or withdrawal. Good for customer and good for bank in terms of managing personal credit risk level ( some sort of value added service)

2. selling new credit card can be an opportunity via this withdrawal process in this banking machine. Let say, depending on cash withdrawal frequency, banking machine can suggest new no or minimum annual fee credi card-"why dont you use credit card rather than cash withdrawal? our new credit card has......something something..... then click this yellow button, we will arrange our credit card manager right now..." then except personal information, bank credit card manager receives notification which contains appropriate recommendation regarding current withdrawal and balanace condition from banking maching central system.
