can't start express.jnpl

Hello I have downloaded the express.jnlp, but not able to start. The message is:

"express.jnlp can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer"

Do you have any ideas how to "identify this developer" :-).

I am using MacOS operating system. Thanks in advance for your help!

hmm... we have never heard about this problem. Have you been asked about accepting a certificate and you refused to commit?

I have downloaded it from <http://www.ariscommunity.com/aris-express/download>.

I was not asked to commit for any certificate.

The problem still exist -- I am not able to use the tool.

Hello, It should help:

You have to go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES open JAVA, click "Reopen the Java Control Panel", go to SECURITY, chose EDIT SITE LIST, chose ADD and type "http://www.softwareag.com" OK, APPLY.
