Hi all,
We are in build phase, where the process models are going through changes but at the same time business users would like to view the process models. We have given them access to buisness publisher and allowed them to change password.
Every 2 days we do publisher export from Database (scheduled script), once the export is done then we face 2 issues:
1: Users passwords in ARIS Publisher are overwritten by the database password after export.
2: Users complain that their favourites link disappear.
I know this happens because we do Database export for publisher. Can anyone help me how we can refresh the process models, template and other important things in publisher without overwriting users passwords changed in publisher and their favourite links.
