Attributes Help Please - Which ones are created automatically

Hello All

I have a list of all lthe attributes that are available but i would like to identify which ones are created automatically e.g 'Last Change' and which ones would have to be populated manually, if any one knows how to go about doing this and could sharew it with me that would be greatly appreciated
