Hi,
I have a new computer and cannot start Aris Express (fresh download) on W10 Pro.
I am stuck with the activitation wizard, "enter login data", altough my account in Aris Community is ok and I submit the right user name and password.
I have installed JRE, several resets, a new account in Aris, but nothing helps: it looks like my login credentials are wrong but no error message is coming back.
I will appreciate any idea about how to proceed.

Hi,
if the login wizard is stuck with the connect, this is a technical problem with the connection. In most cases, the call is just blocked. Sooner or later, you will get a timeout.
