Hey Guys,
We have an ARIS server on which we have developed some ARIS models, we are planning to de-commision this server and install ARIS on another sever. We have taken a back-up of the ARIS models on a Disk.
Can anyone please let me know how we can import the ARIS Models from one server to another.
Since we already have the disk with all the models on it, can we somehow use this disk in newer server to store all the models in ARIS Database/Repository.
Appreciate your help.
Please excuse my novice questions, i am fairly new in ARIS/BPM
Thanks
Saif

Hi!

How have you done backup of ARIS DB? Through Server’s backup or through models XML export?

In first case it is ease, you should:

- install new server.

- restore all ARIS databases through Administration module of Business architect (context menu of server then restore command).

Also you can transfer a whole server’s configuration by using ARIS admtool
