We are trying to use Out-of-the-box Process Governance available in ARIS 9.8. Once we start the governance process from Architect an email is sent to the Person Responsible. On clicking the link in the email the Approve request appears in the Inbox of the person responsible shown in the Process Board. The dialog box that appears after clicking on the edit button has option to open the published model and the model submitted for approval. However, both appear to be the changed model (why?). After entering a comment and clicking on the Approve button, the task is marked complete and an email is sent to the requesting user. I also noticed that the model is versioned.

I was hoping to see the Model Status changed to Completed so we can use it for release management. Is there a way to update Model Status using this governance process?
