Hello,
We've started using iFrames for our Confluence pages to ARIS models.
It works, but only as long as you're logged in as an ARIS user, which cancels out the 'big win' for non/medium ARIS users when trying to show 'live' ARIS models.
I've read through this (https://ariscommunity.com/users/hacketiwack/2018-04-17-integration-aris-cloud-diagrams-confluence-cloud) earlier thread, but couldn't find the solution to this....
Can you advice on making this 'share functionality' work for all our colleagues (not only logged in ARIS users)?
BR,
Vincent
Dear Vincent,
I am afraid that ARIS portal doesn't offer content without a user login.
Isn't SSO an option for you? When your users are logged into your Confluence system, can't those credentials being used for the ARIS login in the background, too?
Cheers
Runè
Hi Runè,
I wonder, whether the problem could be solved with a certificate. Sorry, maybe a stupid question... Just asking out of curiosity :)
Best,
Veronika
Hello Runè,
Thanks for the answer. It seems after testing, there needs to be an active user session for ARIS pending for the content to be shown. If the session is not open the content is blocked, even with default AD SSO in place for users.
