I never attached the document as it was a document I created at my former employer and genericized to share with the ARIS community. They also had strict requirements of me to track how many requests I responded to.

Now that I work with Software AG, I'm no longer able to provide the document.

Software AG does provide a Methods & Conventions Workshop for any company using ARIS where we will come in and help develop a similar document for you. If you have interest in this workshop, drop me a line and I'll forward your request to our Global Consulting Services team.
